Tasting

EYE
A light, limpid salmon color.
NOSE
Very expressive with notes of redcurrant, cherry and blackcurrant.
MOUTH
Incomparable freshness and fruitiness. A few spicy notes appear on the finish.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
Aperitif, fruity dessert, strawberry charlotte.
OPERATING TEMPERATURE
