Tasting

EYE
The pale yellow color with golden highlights is bright and luminous.
NOSE
Open and expressive, it combines the scents of white flowers (honeysuckle, elderberry) with those of citrus (lemon, grapefruit), then enriches with nuances of exotic fruit (mango).
PALATE
With a supple attack, this wine offers a fine balance between freshness and a hint of saltiness, with fruity aromas (passion fruit and grapefruit) that linger through to a crisp finish.
WINE AND FOOD Pairings
Salmon with beurre blanc, asparagus with mousseline sauce, roast veal with cream and chanterelle mushrooms, grilled sea bass.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
Serve chilled at 7°- 8°.
