Tasting

EYE
A very pale, barely pink color with orange highlights.
NOSE
Opens with floral and citrus notes, enhanced by a hint of spice.
PALATE
Round and supple on the attack, balanced by a lovely freshness, with a finish of tangy, peppery red berry aromas.
WINE AND FOOD Pairings
Aperitifs, fresh salads, barbecued white meats, but also with a fine charcuterie platter.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
Serve chilled at 7°- 8°.
