Surface area: 4.20 hectares
Vinification: Hand-picked, soft-pressed whole bunches. Careful settling, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled vats. Second fermentation in bottle, followed by 9 months’ ageing on laths before marketing.
Average production: 2,500 bottles per year
Ageing: 1 to 5 years
