EYE
The pale yellow color with golden highlights is bright and luminous.
NOSE
Open and expressive, it combines the scents of white flowers (honeysuckle, elderberry) with those of exotic fruits (mango), then enriches with nuances of blackcurrant bud.
MOUTH
The fresh attack offers a tasty, lively texture, with candied fruit aromas (lemon, pineapple) that linger on a crisp finish.

Sauvignon Variation

This cuvée is new for 2019. It is made without added sulfur, which gives it a bright, luminous yellow-gold color. The nose is open and expressive, combining ripe and exotic fruits. Full-bodied on the palate, with good volume. A great success.
