The pale yellow color with golden highlights is bright and luminous.
Open and expressive, it combines the scents of white flowers (honeysuckle, elderberry) with those of exotic fruits (mango), then enriches with nuances of blackcurrant bud.
The fresh attack offers a tasty, lively texture, with candied fruit aromas (lemon, pineapple) that linger on a crisp finish.
Appetizers, asparagus, fish, oysters and shellfish, cheeses, especially goat’s cheese.
Enjoy chilled at 7°-8° C.
