Tasting

EYE
The pale yellow color with golden highlights is bright and luminous.
NOSE
Open and expressive, it combines the scents of white flowers (honeysuckle, elderberry) with those of exotic fruits (mango), then enriches with nuances of blackcurrant bud.
MOUTH
The fresh attack offers a tasty, lively texture, with candied fruit aromas (lemon, pineapple) that linger on a crisp finish.
FOOD AND WINE PAIRING
Appetizers, asparagus, fish, oysters and shellfish, cheeses, especially goat’s cheese.
